The reef behind me used to covered in a meter of water before the earthquake in 2005. Now the reef is only covered by a few inches of water at high tide.

 VIP lounge in Medan, Indonesia. For only 6 american dollars, we received buffet, private security line, and private bus to take us to our plane. Not a bad deal.

The First Road Trip to Sandon Point

45 minutes into the trip to Sandon Point.... car overheats, radiator blows, and tow truck picked us up. Thank God AAA in North America covers you in Australia. Slakey and I spent the next five hours in Penhurst, looks like a town out of middle America. Finally the car is somewhat fixed and we continue onto Sandon Point. Of course we got lost, but we ended up finding the beach. The surf was epic.
